What started with Richard’s career in plumbing and heating developed into a family-run plumbing company with Emily managing the operations behind the scenes. Richard Young
Managing Director
Richard began his career as a plumbing and heating engineer, building a strong reputation for dependable service, high-quality workmanship and a commitment to doing every job properly.
His practical experience and understanding of customers’ needs helped establish the standards on which Youngs Facility Group has been built. As the business has grown, Richard has continued to take a hands-on approach, maintaining close relationships with clients while supporting the team responsible for delivering work across multiple trades.
Today, Richard leads Youngs Facility Group with the same values that shaped the business from the beginning: reliability, professionalism and pride in the quality of every project.
Emily Young
Co-Owner
Emily began her career by establishing and running an award-winning beauty salon, developing a strong foundation in business management, customer service and maintaining consistently high standards.
She later brought that experience to the plumbing company she established with Richard, managing its administration, customer communications, scheduling, accounts and day-to-day office operations. Emily also led the company’s marketing, helping to build its reputation and support its continued growth.
Today, Emily oversees the office and administrative operations at Youngs Facility Group. Her organisation, attention to detail and customer-first approach provide the structure and support that allow the wider team to deliver a professional and dependable service.
Jack
Contracts Manager
Jack began his career as a skilled carpenter, where his attention to detail, craftsmanship and strong work ethic quickly set him apart. His pride in delivering high-quality work has remained central to his approach throughout his career.
Through his continued commitment to the company, Jack progressed into the role of Contracts Manager. He now leads the delivery team, coordinating projects, maintaining clear communication and ensuring work is completed to the high standards expected by Youngs Facility Group.
Known for his reliability, practical leadership and customer-first approach, Jack is focused on achieving the best possible outcome on every project. He is a trusted point of contact for clients and an invaluable part of the management team.
